I have attached a screen snip of my settings screen. I am using a slightly different password. Perhaps the same will work for you? My password has a “zero” instead of a “one”. If that

A standard convention in Unix/Linux is to provide a simple usage message, by using an -h or --help flag to a command.
e.g.
ambeserver -h
will show you:
Usage: AMBEserver [-d] [-r] [-s speed] [-p port]

There are command line switches to set the port and device.

Sorry, Dev, we're singing the same song as before...you didn't say what you wanted clearly enough. I didn't know you even HAD BlueDV. You only mentioned Peanut.
Jorge is right -- you'll have to

If you are admin of XLX299 contact David (info@...) and ask him to routing your ambeserver to xlx299 R.

Thank you for your suggestion, but I already use BlueDV.
I would like to link XLX 299 Module R to Peanut so that anyone using Peanut would have access to that reflector.
Thanks again...Dev, 9Y4DG

Well then, just pop over to the play store and get BlueDV AMBE. That's the correct client app, not Peanut.

Yes Sir...a ThumbDV is connected to the AMBE Server...
That's how I can work DMR and DSTAR from anywhere.
But I agree with you that I should have mentioned that in the original post.

Re: How to link XLX 299 R to Peanut Using AMBEServer on Raspberry Pi #peanut. #ambe,

Do you have an AMBE device connected to that Pi, like a ThumbDV? AMBEServer doesn't work by itself, I don't think. It needs an AMBE chip in a piece of hardware to do the coding and decoding.
