Sorry, Dev, we're singing the same song as before...you didn't say what you wanted clearly enough. I didn't know you even HAD BlueDV. You only mentioned Peanut.

Thank you for your suggestion, but I already use BlueDV.
I would like to link XLX 299 Module R to Peanut so that anyone using Peanut would have access to that reflector.
Thanks again...Dev, 9Y4DG

Well then, just pop over to the play store and get BlueDV AMBE. That's the correct client app, not Peanut.

Yes Sir...a ThumbDV is connected to the AMBE Server...
That's how I can work DMR and DSTAR from anywhere.
But I agree with you that I should have mentioned that in the original post.
Thank you for

Do you have an AMBE device connected to that Pi, like a ThumbDV? AMBEServer doesn't work by itself, I don't think. It needs an AMBE chip in a piece of hardware to do the coding and decoding.

John, please count me in(if shipping the DV3000 is economical from up here)... I had big ideas about salvaging that AMBE chip and reusing it.

We have thought about offering a trade-in program for a PiDV toward a ThumbDV.
It would probably be along the lines of order a ThumbDV and we credit you a $TBD rebate upon receipt of your PiDV

This is part of the reason on the DRAWS™ board we provide a 12VDC buck converter to power the Pi without lead loss.

Santu,
As another data point, I've had AMBEServer running on a Raspberry Pi 2 for months at a time without any issues. I typically only have a single instance of Buster (Mac client) connected and it
