The ThumbDV™ is sold as bare hardware and, as is stated on the website, software and software support are from the authors of such software.

You have a satisfaction guarantee and by contacting sales can return it for a refund.

Or you can spend a little time asking other users how to overcome your operational problems.

Re: I want a refund !

We do not write or support the SW, which is offered for free from dedicated Hams and supported by the community via our forums.

The ThumbDV has a 30 day money back guarantee.

For a refund, send it to:

NW Digital Radio
RMA<order#>
150 Cessna Ave
Roche Harbor WA 98250

Thanks,

Has this site been replaced and/or is there software available for testing?  BlueDV works decent enough when it remembers my audio settings :)

Hi John,

Thank you for your response. The Android BlueDV apps for the phone do not have the update button for host files. On my computer windows 10, I download the BlueDV and updated the host files, still XRF and DCS will not linked, except XLX will linked.

What software are you using? I recommend BlueDV for Windows. You need to determine what com port it is using and set that accordingly in the setup.

Hi,

You may want to check out this starting page for the ThumbDV: http://nwdigitalradio.com/thumbdv-and-dv3000-resource-page/

I am using the ThumbDV with BlueDV to communicate over D-STAR and DMR. Hope this helps.

My experience with software for a DVAP and a ThumbDV has been far from satisfactory in terms of software support .
