George, This is probably a problem with WinDV, which is supported by DUTCH*Star -- NW Digital Radio manufactures the hardware, but software support comes from the authors. You can pull down ThumbTest.

Close -- AMBEserver talks to DummyRepeater (or Buster, ...) and DummyRepeater is what talks to ircddbgateway. So the DummyRepeater will select the "DV3000 Network" and the IP/Port of the Raspberry Pi
