AMBEserver

Hi Chris,

Sorry for my late response. Was very busy coding.

Is it working now?

David,

Thanks for the reply.

This is the output.

root@ambeserver:/src/AMBEserver # ./AMBEserver -i /dev/ttyUSB0 -s 460800
AMBEserver: Starting...
AMBEserver: error when opening /dev/ttyUSB0: No such file or directory

I know that the port is correct because, AMBEtest works.

I am not sure what it is getting hung up on.

Thanks Again.

Hello Chris,

Try this one:

./AMBEserver -i /dev/ttyUSB0 -s 460800

From the AMBEserver-Addendum I compiled AMBEserver

https://nw-digital-radio.groups.io/g/ambe/wiki/AMBEserver-Addendum#Quick-Build-on-Linux

wget https://raw.githubusercontent.com/dl5di/OpenDV/master/DummyRepeater/DV3000/AMBEserver.c
gcc -o AMBEserver AMBEserver.c

root@ambeserver:/src/AMBEserver # ./AMBEserver -i /dev/ttyU0 -s 460800
AMBEserver: Starting...

It doesn't go past starting.

When I run AMBEtest3.py I get

root@ambeserver:/src/AMBEserver # python2 AMBEtest3.py -n -s /dev/ttyU0
Setting ...
/dev/ttyU0

The stick appears to be working, just can't get the AMBEserver to work.

Any ideas?
