You are not using an RPi 4 yet your configuration is in the [Pi4]
section in config.txt. Take the udrc configuration:

dtoverlay=
dtoverlay=draws,alsaname=udrc
force_turbo=1

and move it to the end of the config.txt file under the [all] section.
Since you have a UDRC II it is a requirement that you use dtoverlay= to
flush the broken overlay before loading a good overlay.

Thanks for providing your config.txt file and the output of showudrc.sh.
