Noticed kernel 4.19 in his output. When I updated my Beta13 using the supplied scripts the kernel upgraded to a 4.19 version and then nothing worked. That may be a clue.

I am not sure if this is still the case as the latest Buster image may include the updated kernel. When I did this on an R-Pi 3B+, I needed to run rpi-update to get the latest kernel and
