Yep, from about a month ago: https://nw-digital-radio.groups.io/g/udrc/topic/rpi_kernel_upgrade_problem/80693797? I am currently testing a fix for the tlv320aic32x4 driver. See issue #4200 https://git

I am using a vanilla Raspbian 10 Buster image. Raspberry Pi 3 Model B Plus Rev 1.3 if that matters. A recent update a few days ago seems to have broken the serial ports on the DRAWS board: [ 5.870091]

Donald, Thanks for the buginfo.sh script console output. I'm convinced you have a hardware problem with your DRAWS hat. Please use the NW Digtal Radio support page to request a replacement. http://nwd

kernel headers and the hold on kernel
You need to get the kernel headers that are in the Raspberry Pi Foundation repo. That happens to be 5.10.17 which matches the kernel in their repo. The last post I made detailed how to get the kernel

kernel headers and the hold on kernel
I must of missed a step somewhere. I'm still not getting kernel headers for 5.4.79+. I get them for 5.10.17+. What is the result of uname -r for the system you're running? Thanks Joe, KO8V

So more digging into this. I don't think linux-headers has been used since the 4.18 kernels since that is the latest in the buster packages. I believe its all been switched to raspberrypi-kernel and r

Hi Joe, Great! Note: for js8call use ~/bin/ptt_ctrl.sh To get the proper kernel headers: sudo apt-get install linux-headers-$(uname -r) Then you do NOT have a hold on upgrading the kernel. From my pos
