I need to reload my SD Card on UDRC II
Ted McArthur
I have been running this Software on 2 of my Repeater for several years and it has been working great until recently one of them had the SD Card fail. Is this Web page based Software still available or is there something else that has taken its place and where would i find it?

Ted, Unfortunately, I am unable to build and test a new version at this time. You will need Raspbian setup for UDRC. (The Buster version of Raspbian has the driver built-in, but needs to be turned in configuration. Have not tested ircddbgateway and dstarrepeater on Buster) Install ircddbgateway and dstarrepeater The web based configuration tool is available at John D. Hays Kingston, WA K7VE

Hi Ted As I mentioned earlier I am unable to test new configurations at the current time. (I have a vision problem for the last couple of months and my test systems are not immediately available due to being between permanent residences - staying in an apartment.) So you have a few paths, if you didn't backup your SD Card. 1. Use the images on http://www.compasslinux.org/images -- these are on the older version of Raspbian with a driver that is loaded outside of the kernel. 2. Use Basil's images at http://images.nwdigitalradio/download -- these are current 'Buster' Raspbian, with a bunch of pre-loaded software. Basil has a lot of scripts to help configure applications, but not the D-STAR applications. So you will need to install ircddbgateway and dstarrepeater and the web configuration tool from github. 3. Use a fresh Raspbian Buster install from the Raspberry Pi site. You will need to activate the kernel driver in /boot/config.txt -- see the thread at https://nw-digital-radio.groups.io/g/udrc/topic/66435210#4225 and again install ircddbgateway and dstarrepeater (probably from Compasslinux site or build from source). Sorry, I can't be of more help right now. Perhaps another dstarrepeater/UDRC user can help you out.
